Acceptable Stay. Noise and AC Issues
warm room noise problem
The front desk staff offered friendly service upon arrival.
The AC in my room barely cooled, it remained uncomfortably warm at 24 degrees. The noise was also a problem, I could hear everything from the hallway and street. It made it difficult to sleep well. These issues need addressing

fantastic stay!
excellent location thoughtful team nice surprise connecting rooms
I found the location excellent. plaza shell is just across the road. It has a fantastic restaurant there. many other restaurants, a convenience store, and even a dobi are within a 5-minute walk. the team was thoughtful and gave us connecting rooms even though we didn't ask (it was such a nice surprise!).
The light in my room felt a bit dark, and the telephone wasn't working. the slippers was like thin paper. I couldn't even wear them.

the rooms are big, and the bathrooms are spacious and include a bathtub. the room was very clean, and the amenities provided were well-stocked.

i found the staff at the reception, bell service, and room service very friendly and helpful. the location near many restaurants and shops added value. breakfast offered a good variety, and the dining area was well-kept.

a cherished stay!
very nice value personal note super clean room delicious breakfast
I found very nice value. a handwritten note from azlin bin mahadi, the room attendant, felt so personal. the room was super clean, and my sleep was restful. breakfast was affordable and delicious. I especially loved the nasi lemak!
the lift was a bit slow at peak times.

The staff were always ready to assist and wore the most beautiful smiles. Azlin's care for my room added a special touch. the reception was efficient, always managing requests with speed and a genuine wish to help. the atmosphere was warm and inviting!
