Acceptable Stay. Noise and AC Issues

The front desk staff offered friendly service upon arrival.
The AC in my room barely cooled, it remained uncomfortably warm at 24 degrees. The noise was also a problem, I could hear everything from the hallway and street. It made it difficult to sleep well. These issues need addressing

fantastic stay!

I found the location excellent. plaza shell is just across the road. It has a fantastic restaurant there. many other restaurants, a convenience store, and even a dobi are within a 5-minute walk. the team was thoughtful and gave us connecting rooms even though we didn't ask (it was such a nice surprise!).
The light in my room felt a bit dark, and the telephone wasn't working. the slippers seemed like thin paper. I couldn't even wear them.

the rooms are big, and the bathrooms are spacious and include a bathtub. the room was very clean, and the amenities provided were well-stocked.

I found very nice value. a handwritten note from azlin bin mahadi, the room attendant, felt so personal. the room was super clean, and my sleep was restful. breakfast was affordable and delicious. I especially loved the nasi lemak!

The staff were always ready to assist and wore the most beautiful smiles. Azlin's care for my room added a special touch. the reception was efficient, always managing requests with speed and a genuine wish to help. the atmosphere was warm and inviting!
